TRACY HUNTER 
 
After many years of adventures as a successful International Tour Director, Tracy chose to move to Maine to embark upon a new chapter in her life and her next 'dream' job in real estate.

Since moving to Maine, Tracy has been working with both buyers and sellers, utilizing her exceptional interpersonal skills, detail oriented background, strong sense of ethics and negotiation skills to have attained an equally successful career in real estate.  Making real estate transactions as harmonious as possible for all involved  is the hallmark of Tracy Hunter/Keller Williams Realty.

Tracy enjoys being part of the communities she serves and is extremely active in various community organizations, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Damariscotta-Newcastle Rotary, The Old Bristol Garden Club, the Damariscotta River Association, and the Sheepscot River Valley Association.  In addition to this, she has also served on the Board of The Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce.  When she isn't working for real estate or one of the local organizations, she enjoys golf, cooking, reading and sharing her Sheepscot home with two mischievous cats.

Tracy holds a Masters Degree in Business and also a certificate from the New York School of Interior Design.  Recent awards that Tracy has rec
eived include the Customer Service Award, March 2012, and Top Individual Salesperson Award at Keller Williams, December 2012. 


MARY JANE SMITH

Mary Jane teamed with Tracy Hunter/Keller Williams as a marketing/administrative associate  to further enhance the company's reach.  Her background in real estate spans many years a previous Director of Operations for a multi-office firm in the Berkshires in western Mass, including the responsibility of company-wide marketing.

After relocating to Maine in 1998, Mary Jane followed her dream of owning and operating The Nesting Place, an antiques business on the Pemaquid Peninsula.  Along with her husband, Buck, they also purchased and renovated properties for remarketing and have generally been involved or interested in the real estate business either professionally or personally for over 40 years.  After successful years in her own business, Mary Jane has returned to again enjoy real estate full-time.

Active in the community as well, Mary Jane currently serves as a volunteer at the Bristol Area Library, is a member of the Miles Hospital League, the Old Bristol Garden Club and was previously a Board member for the Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce.  She resides with her husband Buck and a spoiled Shih-Tzu on Meadowlane Farm in Pemaquid Falls.
